Eva Lim brings a unique combination of legal, financial, business, and real estate expertise to her role as Founder and CEO of Evalend Capital.
Based in Los Angeles throughout her career, Eva spent a decade as a Law Firm Office Manager and several years as a Marketing Director at a prominent accounting firm, developing strong expertise in legal operations, financial strategy, and business development. Beyond her corporate and legal achievements, as an active real estate investor, she has acquired, renovated, and successfully flipped four properties over the past decade. She also successfully owned and operated EvaSpa, a luxury spa business, for approximately ten years, gaining firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, operations, client management, and business growth. This diverse, hands-on experience gives Eva a practical, borrower-centric perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges and financial needs of today’s real estate and business entrepreneurs.
